What is your delivery charge?
Our delivery charge is £3. This is a flat rate across any order. so no matter if you order for 5 people or 300 people, the delivery charge will always be £3.
How do I order?

Do you cater over weekends or bank holidays?
Sadly we only cater Monday to Friday.

What is the latest we can order for next day delivery?
All orders need to be placed no later than 12pm the day before delivery. However please look out for pop-ups on this website, as some dates will be fully booked.
This means no more orders will be able to be accepted for the fully booked dates.
Can we cater for Halal food needs?
We do cater for Halal needs, we use a
halal certified chicken which can be mixed with tikka and coronation sauces as well as halal sliced meats, and our normal range of fish and vegetarian options to supplement the choice available.
Can we provide a vegan sandwich platter?
Yes we have been doing
vegan sandwich platters for nearly 20 years, at the moment for £27 you would receive 8 sandwiches with fillings such as Violife cheese, hummus, Quorn vegan ham slices, sweet chilli hummus, Quran vegan turkey slices all will with Pures vegan vegetable spread.
Can I order on the day I need the catering?
Sadly no, we do not get the chance to do anymore orders or even look at our emails until after 12pm due to the volume of orders we have to deal with.
Do you provide individually packaged meals?
Yes! We can prepare individually boxed meals or platters to make catering easier for meetings, training days, or when you need a grab-and-go option.
Can I customise my order?
Absolutely. If you’d like to swap out certain fillings, add extra items, or create a themed menu, just let us know when placing your order.
Do you cater for gluten-free diets?
Yes, we can provide gluten-free sandwich platters and other options. Just let us know your requirements when you order so we can prepare safely.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my order?
We understand that plans change. Cancellations or amendments can be made up to 24 hours before your delivery date.
How is the food presented?
All our food is delivered freshly prepared on disposable, compostable card platters ready to serve. We do use clear plastic platter bags, however, these can be recycled with normal plastic bags. Individually boxed options are also available on request.
Do you provide drinks, snacks, or desserts as well as sandwiches?
Yes — we offer a full range of extras including fruit platters, cakes, crisps, and bottled drinks to complete your catering order.
How far in advance should I book large events?
For groups of 50 or more, we recommend booking at least a week in advance to guarantee availability and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Can you label items for allergens and dietary preferences?
Yes, we can clearly label platters or individual boxes so guests know which items are vegetarian, vegan, halal, or gluten-free.
Each platter has a card with a QR code on, when scanned it takes you to our daily ingredients and allergens page.
Here you can also download our allergen matrix for each buffet segment, ie, sandwiches fillings, savouries, cakes, special requirments.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Birmingham, If you’re unsure whether your address is covered, just contact us and we’ll confirm.
What happens if I do not pay my invoice on time?
The final invoice will be sent the morning of the catering, and is payable within 14 days of the date of issue. Payment may be made by sterling ,cheque or direct bank account transfer, or the paypal link which can be found on the pdf invoice, Kincaid 1875 Limited reserves the right to charge interest at 8% above base rate per annum or the monthly equivalent on all outstanding balances.
Where we cannot recover the debt, it will be sent to debt collection agents who will intern recover the full invoice costs as well as adding their own fee to the outstanding invoice.

How much food is this?
This option is designed for 10 people as a light office lunch.
Each person receives:
- One sandwich portion
- Shared accompaniments as listed on the product
Ideal for meetings, training sessions, and working lunches.
If this is the only food for a longer meeting, adding savouries or fruit is recommended.

Will my order arrive on time?
We deliver to offices across Birmingham every day and plan our delivery runs carefully. Please include any time requirements, reception instructions, or access details in your order notes. If your delivery is time-critical (for example a meeting or training session), tell us and we’ll factor it into the route planning.
Is the food kept chilled during delivery?
Yes. Orders are transported in refrigerated vehicles to keep food chilled and in good condition from our kitchen to your workplace. Platters arrive clearly labelled and ready to serve.

What delivery details should I include to avoid delays?
Helpful details include the building name, full postcode, reception or entrance instructions, floor or department, a contact name, and a contact phone number if access is difficult. If parking is restricted, let us know the best drop-off point.
Can you deliver to a specific person or department?
Yes. Add the contact name and any internal delivery instructions in the order notes, for example “Reception for Sarah in HR” or “Deliver to Training Room 2”. Clear notes help make delivery smoother.
How much food do I need for an office lunch?
For a standard working lunch, plan roughly one lunch portion per person. For longer meetings or bigger appetites, adding savouries or fruit is recommended. If you’re unsure, add a note with the number of people and type of meeting and we’ll help steer it correctly.
Do you only deliver in Birmingham?
We are a Birmingham-based office catering business and deliver to offices, schools, and business parks across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. Delivery availability is shown during online ordering.
