What covid safe measures has Trenchers put in place?

  • All the Trenchers catering team have done a covid awareness course
  • All staff wear masks in the kitchen, office and out on deliveries
  • No contact delivery and drop off - no need to sign
  • Hand washing constantly- recommended every 20min, we do every 10!
  • Hand gel in vans to be used before and after each delivery
  • Extra cleaning and disinfecting as well as anti viral cleaning in Production and office areas
  • Nano technology self cleaning on all touch points at Trenchers base
  • One way systems for kitchen and office areas
  • Only two people in a room at any one time
  • At time of writing all staff have had at least one covid vaccine (only Rob with a single dose, everyone else have had two.)
  • All new packed and boxed lunches - 15 menus which are perfect for socially distanced meetings and training.

How much does catering for 50 people cost

Trenchers office catering in Birmingham can do catering for 50 people for as little as £186.00 inc VAT for our basic sandwich range.

What is the cost of catering?

Trenchers office catering generally works on a per person basis for our buffets, we have menus that start from as little as £3.10 per person for our Basic sandwich range and go up to £9.00 per person for our NEW vip menu.
To work out how much your catering will be, is just a case of choose your menu and x by the amount of people you need catering for.

How can i cater cheaply?

Trenchers catering is a professional caterer whos cheapest menu is £3.10 per person delivered, however, if you want to be able to cater cheaply, we recommend you make your buffet yourself, be careful to plan and to give yourself plenty of time. Remembering the basic elements of catering - Sandwiches, savouries(Sausage rolls pork pies etc,), crisps, fruit and sweets.

Can you cater and still be socially distanced?

At Trenchers office catering in Birmingham we are the experts at social distance catering, with a range of 15 different menus designed for individuals, from our office working box lunch, to our zoom box and veg packed lunch options, we have everything covered, ready and waiting to serve everyone at this time.

How much does a buffet for 100 people cost?

A buffet for 100 people will cost between £155.00 and £450 ex Vat dependent on what menu is chosen.

What is Trenchers hygiene rating?

Trenchers Hygiene rating is 5*, which is the best there is.

Can we provide a vegan sandwich platter?

Yes we have been doing vegan sandwich platters for nearly 20 years, at the moment for £20 you would receive 8 sandwiches with fillings such as Violife cheese, hummus, Quorn vegan ham slices, sweet chilli hummus, Quran vegan turkey slices all will with Pures vegan vegetable spread.

Can we cater for Halal food needs?

We do cater for Halal needs, we use a halal certified chicken which can be mixed with tikka and coronation sauces as well as halal sliced meats, and our normal range of fish and vegetarian options to supplement the choice available.
