How is the food presented?
All our food is delivered freshly prepared on disposable, compostable card platters ready to serve. We do use clear plastic platter bags, however, these can be recycled with normal plastic bags. Individually boxed options are also available on request.
Do you provide drinks, snacks, or desserts as well as sandwiches?
Yes — we offer a full range of extras including fruit platters, cakes, crisps, and bottled drinks to complete your catering order.
How far in advance should I book large events?
For groups of 50 or more, we recommend booking at least a week in advance to guarantee availability and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Can you label items for allergens and dietary preferences?
Yes, we can clearly label platters or individual boxes so guests know which items are vegetarian, vegan, halal, or gluten-free.
Each platter has a card with a QR code on, when scanned it takes you to our daily ingredients and allergens page.

What happens if I do not pay my invoice on time?
The final invoice will be sent the morning of the catering, and is payable within 14 days of the date of issue. Payment may be made by sterling ,cheque or direct bank account transfer, or the paypal link which can be found on the pdf invoice, Kincaid 1875 Limited reserves the right to charge interest at 8% above base rate per annum or the monthly equivalent on all outstanding balances.
Where we cannot recover the debt, it will be sent to debt collection agents who will intern recover the full invoice costs as well as adding their own fee to the outstanding invoice.
